Rebecca founded Mc Aesthetics in 2011 initially alongside her NHS job as a band 6 psychiatric charge nurse where she worked on a forensic mental health inpatient ward at a well known hospital. Following the completion of her nursing degree at Leeds University, Rebecca worked in the NHS for three years before leaving in 2014 to open the first Mc Aesthetics clinic in Manchester and focus solely on her new career pathway in the aesthetics industry. In April 2015, Rebecca opened her second Mc Aesthetics clinic which is located in Birmingham and most recently in 2019 she opened the third clinic based in Leeds.

Rebecca also went back to University in Manchester in order to sucessfully undertake the V300 non-medical prescribing qualification, making her a qualified independant prescriber with substantial pharmacological knowledge. Therefore, Rebecca is practicing aesthetics in line with the general medical council and midwifery council guidelines. Rebecca has also undertaken an NVQ in VCTC teaching and assessing and also offers bespoke Mc Aesthetics training courses for medical professionals.

Rebecca has undertaken extensive aesthetic training and is fully qualified in every procedure that the business offers. This ranges from injectable cosmetic procedures, skin treatments and intravenous therapies also as a trained phlebotomist.

Rebecca has vast knowledge and experience in her field and is always happy to discuss personal requirements, advising each client on an individual basis.

Having qualified as a Military Nurse in 2010, Stacey has had the opportunity to work in a variety of Healthcare settings, covering both Medical and Surgical rotations. Stacey’s passion for aesthetics started upon completion of her first aesthetic course with Mc Aesthetics in 2016. Since this time, she has focused her time on further training and development of her skills within the aesthetics industry. Stacey is a friendly practitioner who prides herself on achieving results which have been discussed with clients during thorough consultation.

RN(Dip)HE/INP

Leanne has been a registered nurse since 2007, completing her aesthetics training in 2016. Leanne went on to become an Independent Prescriber in 2017, this means that she has gained additional skills and knowledge in the field of medical aesthetics, and is able to prescribe the medications associated with aesthetic treatments.

With years of experience and ongoing advanced training, Leanne has become an expert in helping clients enhance their appearance and boost their confidence through safe, appropriate and effective non-surgical treatments.

Lisa has been part of the Mc Aesthetics team or many years , working predominantly at our luxurious Birmingham clinic. Lisa was our clinic manager, but also works as a therapist as she also has several qualifications in Beauty Therapy. Lisa has recently been promoted to Regional Manager whereby she oversees all of our commercial establishments and staff, creating a positive working environment for each clinic.

Lisa has worked in the beauty and cosmetic industry for many years. Lisa has significant knowledge and experience in customer care and will always ensure our clients receive an extremely high standard of service.

Lisa is qualified in performing all aspects of our 3D Lipo treatments and is able to provide thorough consultations in order to advise clients and tailor individual treatment plans. Lisa is also qualified in skin treatments such as chemical skin peels and is keen to expand her knowledge in many other areas, developing in her role here at Mc Aesthetics.

SPMU/Laser & Skin Therapist

Sally is one of our therapists here at Mc and is skilled in a range of cosmetic treatments. Sally is our SMPU specialist offering powder brows, micro-blading and lip blush treatment.

Sally is also trained to an advanced level in laser & skin treatments, providing thorough consultation and individualised treatment plans.

Client satisfaction is key to Sally and she takes great pride in ensuring her treatments are nothing short of fabulous. She is patient and approachable whilst passionate about delivering a first class service from start to finish for all of her clients.

Amy is the newest member to join our Mc Aesthetics team in our busy Manchester clinic.

Amy has many years of customer service experience and has worked within the beauty industry for the past 5 years heading the reception of a busy hotel spa, you can be assured that all clinic bookings and enquiries will be taken care of without hesitation and with a friendly smile.

She has a natural and caring nature which will help put you ease on arrival. Amy has completed courses in first aid and health and safety in the workplace and is also keen to expand her knowledge in all aspects of Mc Aesthetics

Kelly is our Leeds clinic aesthetics nurse. She is an experienced midwife of 10 years and currently works at the University of Huddersfield as a Clinical Educator alongside her role here at Mc Aesthetics.

Kelly started her aesthetics journey over two years ago and has completed a range of courses to ensure her development and that she stays up to date with her skills. She takes the time to understand our clients needs and ensures that safety is at the forefront of the treatments she provides.

Alanya is new to the Mc Aesthetics team and she has taken on the role of Social Media Manager. She will administer our social media accounts as well as staying up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends.

Alanya hopes to bring her enthusiasm and optimism by creating new ideas for the growing company.
